For the protection of the player we require you to email us with:

• Your name
• Your organization
• Your title
• Your cell number
• Your e-mail address
• The player profile you are requesting contact info for and the reason for the request.

We will then verify who are and reach out to the player to get a release of their contact info to you. Thank You.
